Daughter of an Irish woman and an Italian man, Carolina Garofani have always been a food lover because of that she went to Corso Superiore di Pasticcerito in Italy where she could turn a passion on her career.
Back to Dublin, she had no doubt about what to do. It was the right moment for Tea time came to live. The company opened in February 2017 bringing freshness for the Irish food market.
